Went into McDonald's today to get a black coffee and noticed they seem to have adopted the same stupid pay for your items and not actually get them as Argos.
I'm not 100 percent sure who thought this was a good idea at the McDonald's headquarters but what you'll end up with is a load of customers not quite sure where they should stand and not remembering what there order number is.
I also feel that this system is actually slower than the normal system of talking to someone and paying for your food
