Stop MSN Messenger Startups

If you find that MSN messenger always runs on startup and you cannot get rid of it then you need this command:

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%INFmsmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

This will stop the blighter from starting up without your permission...
